Hello Rafalji,

I am trying to learn astrology through these websites and reply which you give to all give to people.

I have few questions about this. I hope you can help me in this.

1. What indicates Uccha and Nicha of any planet?
If ‘Guru’ is in Singh (5) rashi does this means that “Guru is Uccha”. But if it is in Mithun rashi (3) does that means it is Nicha or weak.

2. Another question is about Mangal dosha. If a Mangal is in 12th house in Vrishik Rashi. Will that horoscope be still considered as Manglic.
