Dear Rafal Ji
In my chart for a Kumbha lagna I have Surya in the lagna,is not Surya an enemy of lagnesh Sani,Sani is in the 5th house,what effects will it have if one wears a Ruby?You mentioned that inorder to offset Rahu's effect in the 10th house one needs to wear the ruby,so I wanted to understand a basic question on how important a lagnesh's enemy plays a role in choosing gemstone?

Thanks!. I think all the rules are to be taken in deciding a ratna for an individual  .Guru Ji can you please explain the effects of Surya in lagna,is it true that wearing a ruby will further enhance bad qualities like ego and give a rough temperament?

Yes, we should be careful with Gemstones for malefics and always do the jivanyasa which means imbimbing the Gem with Mantra (from rg veda), then the potential negativity is reduced. Therefore for women we advise Garnet or Pink Ruby while correcting Dosha coming from Surya in chart.
I would advise mantra of Vishnu for You : Om Vishnave Namah which should be recited 3 times daily starting from Thursday. This will correct Shukra-Saapa (which is until 2027) in Dhanabhava.

Thank you,I am a male,is it still okay to wear a Ruby. Why is the Sukra saapa,isn't sukra benefical in 2H being exalted? But diamond caused lot of problems for me  ,

Avastha is not only Yours, it also belongs to person represented by Graha. So when curser is exalted then the curse is even worse, but for this we need the association of a) Atmakaraka b) Lagnesh to feel the curse directly. In Your chart Sani is in fifth and Rahu in tenth - both aspecting Dwi-Guru Yoga in Dhana-Bhava. This forms a curse - which will be connected to career life and finances (5H, 10H, 2H). As this is in eleventh from AL you will be lurred by some good contract or work and then the curse start, as Shukra is strongest it will give some tirbulation to marriage life as Upapada is with Rahu also. Way out of this is Bhava Devata of second bhava which is Vishnu - hence my advise to start mantra provided. Infact Shukra is badhakesh but when strong this will remove all obstacles in life, therefore Diamond is good option still - but start wearing it at good muhurta and after jivanyasa (empowering the Gem).

What will Ruby be helpful for in my chart,is it do with career,finances,will Jupiter being in 2H is a dhana yoga right,will it be better to strengthen Jupiter by wearing its gem Yellow Sapphire and also weaken sukra? I never knew so many combinations are to be considered for choosing a gemstone phew

Yes, if Rahu is in tenth then Ruby, if Ketu then pearl.
