What type of effects Upadada Lord & Badhakesh can give , Is there
any similarities.

Jaya Jagannath!

Upapada lord shows family of spouse, while Badhakesh is giving agantuka and adrsya bad karma (vikarma), which means something which is not easy recognizable. So they are quite opposite as Venus is karaka for UL and Rahu is Karaka for Badhak. Badhak arise to give us obstacles of various kinds, while Upapada help us to pay off the debts (12H).
