Would Vimshottari dasha (with 120 year cycle length) be applicable in the case of Mundane charts like the chart of a country?

If You think about contry-chart then:

#1 Yes, you can but better is manduka-dasa of D11.

#2 Fix the establishment of constitution, and one chart is for 144 years, then You must draw new chart if You want to time day-to-day political events (using Jhora its easy).

Dear Rafal-Ji, just to be sure;

Do we use the normal Vimshottari for the first 120 years, and then use a second cycle of dashas for the remaining 24 years till we reach 144, and then construct a new chart? or do I change the calculations, so that one cycle of dashas comes to 144 years?
